Los acuerdos exteriores de las comunidades autónomas españolas: Marco jurídico actual y perspectivas de futuro

This book analyzes the legal framework governing the external agreements of Spain’s autonomous communities, that is, the instruments through which they establish cooperative relations with foreign entities. From a primarily legal perspective, the work examines their place within constitutional and international law, the existing control mechanisms, and their typology. It also situates the Spanish case within the European context, raising the possibility of an emerging international practice that legitimizes this type of agreement.
