Apatia: XIV Premi de Narrativa Breu per a Joves «Caterina Albert» de 2023

This story takes us into the thoughts and reflections of Laura, an eighteen-year-old girl who feels trapped in her small town. Her days seem to be ruled by apathy and a feeling of continuous passivity that diminish more and more her will to live. Even so, she has a refuge in this atmosphere of constant sadness: Joel, a boy from the same town with whom she shares a secret.

Apatía has been the winning work of the XIV Premio de Narrativa Breve para Jóvenes "Caterina Albert" of 2023, organized by the UAB and the City Council of Cerdanyola del Vallès.
