Inteligencia artificial y gestión del conocimiento
Synopsis
The concept of knowledge as a strategic factor for the company has a long tradition, but without a doubt it is especially important in this moment we are living in, which we can define as the information era. Thanks to digitalisation and the internet, data and its transformation into information and knowledge have become an indispensable part of any business model. The degree of success of organisations depends to a large extent on continuous investment in learning and in the development of knowledge that allows them to create new lines of business and improve the functioning of existing ones.
Knowledge management can be defined as the process of capturing, distributing and effectively using knowledge. It is thus a discipline that involves organisational processes that pursue synergies in combining the data and information processing capacity of information technologies with the creative and innovative potential of human beings. The arrival of artificial intelligence in the corporate environment promises to bring about a revolution in the discipline of knowledge management, as it plays a fundamental role in the transmission of knowledge within a digitised organisation by increasing its volume and effectiveness.
